Home Selling Solutions (HSS) offers Staging Services that are uniquely designed to meet the needs of Realtors®, Homeowners and Landlords. The use of proven professional guidelines developed by Stagedhomes.com allows us to customize each Property Staging® or Consultation in order to meet your needs.
For Home Owners, Landlords or Realtors
Our goal is to provide you with services that will make it easy for you to best prepare your property for sale or rent in a competitive market.
Property Staging
During Property Stagings, HSS completes all the necessary work to prepare the home for sale or rent. Property Stagings are designed for homeowners or landlords that are pressed for time, but desire an effectively presented property, as well as for properties that are vacant.
- HSS works with you to determine what investment in both time and money are necessary to prepare the property for sale.
- HSS provides a bid for staging, based on the condition of the property.
- The bid contains :
- The complete cost for Staging the property based on our training and experiences.
- A list of all the spaces that will be Staged.
- Suggested rental items (along with the price of the rental). HSS always uses the homeowners possesses for staging purposes, before suggesting renting or purchasing items
- Estimated time needed to Stage the property.
- HSS completes the Staging work at the property.
- HSS can do as much or as little as your prefer, we work with you to determine your individual Staging needs.
- Our desire is to make Staging as affordable as possible.
- The average cost of Staging a property is less than ½% of the Staged List Price of the property.
Property Stagings do not include complete cleaning, repairs or painting services, however, we
are more than willing to coordinate these services for you with your contractors (or suggest contracts).
Consultations
For Consultations the Staging work is done by the homeowner or landlord. HSS provides the homeowner or landlord with a detailed report of what needs to be done to prepare a property for sale or rent.
- HSS provides a detailed report, based on our training and experience that lays out what needs to be done to prepare the property for sale or rent.
- The report includes :
- Top priority list
- Detail description for each inside space of the property (detailing what needs cleaned, repaired, and packed)
- Detailed description for the placement of furnishings, and accessories
- Detailed list of what needs to be done with the outside spaces.
- Low cost ideas for showcasing the property.
- The homeowner completes the Staging work.
- HSS returns to certify the property as a Staged property, and provides help in completing the finishing touches to showcase the property.
- The homeowner is presented with a certificate, and a checklist for how to show the property.
- The fee for a consultation service is $300.00.
For Realtors
Our goal is to provide you with services that will make it easy for you obtain listings and to sell properties faster. Listing Presentation Partnership:
- HSS works with Realtors® as part of their marketing team.
- HSS will attend listing presentation to explain to the seller the benefits and advantages of Home Staging.
- HSS provides marketing materials and support for Staging® to make your job easier.
- Attendance at a listing presentation is free of charge as a complementary service for Realtors®.
